- Add

milk

into
a
stiff
dough.
- Place
dough
in
a
pie
/
caserole
dish
in
spoonfuls.
- Place
syrup
ingredients
into
saucepan, stir until
sugar
has
dissolved
and bring
to
boil.
- Pour
syrup
over
dumplings
and
bake
at
190°C
(375°F)
for
20-30
minutes
Note:
dumplings
may
be
boiled
in
the
syrup
instead
of
baked
in
oven Cook
for
approx
30
minutes. - Serve
with
custard
sauce,
cream
